Deskercise:
At Axio, we found small ways of incorporating exercise in our daily work routine. From being a spreadsheet champ by day to gym rat by night, our short bouts of aerobics, strength exercises, and stretching in between helps us to be fit while we sit.
Health check ups:
Health and wellness are a constant topic of discussion since they incorporate nutrition into the company’s culture. Apart from this, mandatory annual medical checkups and occasional health awareness camps are often conducted.
