Location	Bangalore
To land this job you will need	Educational qualification in Bachelor of Engineering, Science or related degree or Masters in a relevant field Strong competencies in technical and management skills engaged in regulatory strategy and operations Audit participation including US FDA inspection and EU notified body audits will be an added advantage Demonstrate knowledge and skills in ISO 13485, 21 CFR part 820, EU MDR, ISO 14971, and areas such as regulatory pathways, benefit-risk analysis, communication and collaboration internally and externally, submission, registration, obtaining approval, documentation, compliance, post market surveillance reporting
Primary Job Function	To ensure adherence to regulation and compliance of the company as per global regulatory requirements.
Experience Required	Minimum of 6-8 years experience in medical devices domain
Core Responsibilities	Lead end to end preparation of regulatory submissions and work in tandem with R&D, marketing, and quality teams for new product development Handle execution and review of all the technical documentation including but not limited to Medical device files, Design History File (DHF), Technical file (STED), FMEA (Design, process, Use), Benefit-Risk Analysis, Clinical Evaluation Report, PSUR etc Evaluate proposed preclinical, clinical, and manufacturing changes for regulatory filing strategies Manage and execute pre-approval compliance activities Lead the audit readiness for internal and external audits and be proactive in the closure of audit non-conformances Develop regulatory strategy for different markets and update strategy based upon regulatory changes Provide regulatory inputs to all the cross-functional teams as and when required. Assist in anticipating the regulatory obstacles and emerging issues throughout the product lifecycle and develop solutions working with other teams Train stakeholder teams on current and new regulatory requirements to ensure organization-wide compliance
Additional responsibilities may include:	Maintaining annual licenses, registrations, and listings Reviewing regulatory aspects of contracts Ensuring compliance with product post-approval or clearance requirements Reviewing labeling, advertising, and promotional materials for compliance before release Reviewing product claims and preserving the confidentiality of applicable product information Support on Indian regulatory filings

Primary Job Function	The successful candidate will be responsible to achieve smooth operational activities across the territories.
Experience Required	Min 4 years experience into operations role with Warehouse management.
Core Responsibilities	Manage end-to-end warehouse operations including all the processes i. e. inbound, outbound, and inventory management. Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance operations. Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization. Conducting monthly stock audits at the warehouses and ensuring that the inventories are managed with 100% accuracy. Adhere to all warehousing, handling, and shipping legislation requirements. Manage stock control and reconcile with the data storage system. Liaise with clients, suppliers, and transport companies. Plan work rotations, assign tasks appropriately, and appraise results.
