The following are WHO and CDC recommended guidelines in English on how to use hand sanitizers properly to keep your hands clean.

Apply a palmful of the alcohol-based hand sanitizer in a cupped hand.
Rub the palms together briskly.
Rub the right palm over left dorsum (back of the hand) with interlaced fingers and vice versa.
Hold palm to palm with fingers interlaced.
Back of fingers to opposing palms with fingers interlocked.
Rotational rubbing of left thumb clasped in right palm and vice versa
Rotational rubbing, backward and forward with clasped fingers of the right hand in left palm and vice versa.
Let hands dry.
Once dry, your hands are safe.
